ON THE ROAD: August 22 & 23

For those out-of-the-loop, I just returned from a 16-day music tour. We started in central IL and made our way to New England and back in that time.
From Rochester, we headed 90 minutes south to Binghamton to play at Cyber Cafe West.  First we made a pit stop along the way to see Lake Ontario.  Here are a few pics of that little adventure, plus one of me performing at the venue.:

The next day was a longer drive from Binghamton to the Boston area.  Our gig was at All Asia in Cambridge, MA.  We arrived just in time for load-in and got to listen to a really great band called “The Made-Up Stanleys” play.  They were mostly instrumental and had a really different vibe to their music.  I liked them a lot.

Next we were up. I had to share the stage for this gig, but it ended up being a TON of fun! 🙂

Afterwards we stayed out late, because our next gig was only an hour away.  We went to a tapas bar that I can’t remember the name of.  The food was incredible though.  We had fun, acted goofy, walked weird, had a few drinks and in general had a good time. 🙂
